Sally earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Hiram College, and her Master’s in Social Science Administration at Case Western Reserve University.
She did her internships at the Kevin Coleman Center in Ravenna and at Fairhill Partners in the Kinship Caregiving program. Her clinical supervision was spent at University Hospitals in the NICU and the Women’s Health Pavilion.
She then worked in the Psychiatric Emergency Room at UH for a year, and spent 3 years in the Acute Psychiatric Inpatient units there. Before settling into her position as an outpatient psychotherapist at the Wade Park Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2012, she spent 2 years as a member of the bone marrow transplant team at Seidman Cancer Center.
She has also seen clients in the evenings as an independent contractor with Humanistic Counseling Center since 2014, and established her own private practice, Achieve Wellness Center, LLC, in 2018, while still at the VA.
